Our Montreal location in Quebec, Canada is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Analyst, HRIS and HR Data (focus on Time & Attendance). This job is permanent, full-time.

**Your main challenges**:

- Configure, maintain, and operate all modules of Time Management (UKG Kronos) system (Time Keeping, Time Scheduling, Clocks)
- Support users in the resolution of incidents when they occur, act as an expert in the investigation of the problem and facilitate its resolution
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for our consultants
- Perform quality assurance tests on system configuration up to the implementation in production
- Execute Time & Attendance standard reports and other complex tables
- Ensure the accuracy of data transferred (“interfaces”) between various systems (HR, Time Management, Payroll, Expense Management etc.) and troubleshoot interface errors
- Create, change, and deactivate user accounts for HR and Time Management systems¬
- Participate in the improvement and development projects
- Prepare communications for planned system downtimes
- Create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation
- Participate in research and development to enable continuing innovation

**Your team**:
You will be part of the Human Resources team, which provides functional expertise combining HR needs and processes with IT requirements. You will collaborate with multiple teams including users (HR, payroll, Compensation, Benefits), the IT team and external parties (SAP, UKG, consultants).

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources, business administration or in any other related discipline, or a significant work experience in the field
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a similar position
- Experience as administrator of UKG Kronos Workforce central solution or any other Time Management solutions
- Experience as administrator of SAP SuccessFactors solution is an asset
- Play an “interpreter” role in translating technical terms into understandable terms for non-technical users and vice versa
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and French
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

**Your skills**:

- Strong ability for understanding and analyzing HR Time management processes
- Thoroughness and strong attention to detail to ensure data integrity
- Great sense of customer service and professionalism
- Good documentation and written communication skills (manuals updates, creation of support tickets, etc.)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and objectively
- Ability to prioritize assignments and provide quality results on schedule or even ahead of schedule
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Ability to make the right decisions quickly by relying on experience and judgment, even without complete information or under pressure
