We are currently seeking a **Sales & Leasing Consultant** to help customers find the right vehicle solutions while building long-lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Work closely with customers to understand their vehicle needs.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions and concerns.
- Become a product expert—fully understanding pricing, services, and vehicle features.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Ensure each vehicle delivery is a memorable and positive experience.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive dealership environment.
- Perform additional duties as required.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience is required.
- OMVIC Certification (valid and in good standing).
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening skills and a passion for helping others.
- A commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
