ZE PowerGroup Inc. (ZE)has a well established and successful partner program but has not moved fully towards monetizing the relationship with a focus on partner-initiated sales.

The Sales Channel Partner Manager is responsible for sales enablement across our partner network engaging existing partners to formalize sales channel relationships and onboarding new partners. The Channel Partner Manager will work with our partners and internal sales execution teams to achieve stated sales targets. You should have prove experience in managing partner relationships that are based in developing and delivering service offerings tied to ZEMA and the greater energy and commodities trade and risk ecosystems.

**COVID-19 considerations**:
To keep our employees as safe as possible, we've transitioned to a hybrid schedule. This will be a **hybrid** position.You may be directed by the ZE management to report to Richmond office as per the business requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead our ZEMA community and increase partner satisfaction while focusing on long term profitable business, reliability and trustworthy partnerships
- Research markets, develop and execute on sales campaigns
- Understand and be able to speak to enterprise data management within the context of trade, risk, finance and operations
- Evaluate potential partners based on their industry expertise, customer base, and market reach. Develop and execute a channel partner acquisition strategy to expand our network and drive revenue growth.
- Seek out domain specific channel partners that could help penetrate new markets
- Represent the company at industry events
- Set growth targets, establish support structure and review and control achievement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the energy, trading, and commodities sector. Leverage industry knowledge to identify emerging opportunities and provide strategic guidance to channel partners. Act as a trusted advisor to partners, offering insights and recommendations to drive their success.

**Qualifications**:
**Competencies & Skills Set**
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology/Business Administration/Marketing or an equivalent amount of relevant work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Energy, commodity and Oil & gas sector with a focus in Technical Sales and Channel Partner Management or Business Development
- Great interpersonal, collaboration, and facilitation skills
- Excellent ability to work in a team environment and enjoys very fast paced work.
- Ability to communicate clearly and competently, in writing and verbally
- Technically minded with experience in high value enterprise software channel sales
- Ability to lead identified channel opportunities through the sale cycles
- Ability to present and demonstrate the value proposition to channel partners and prospects
- Must be able to communicate effectively with their team members, clients, and other stakeholders
