**The Opportunity**

**What you will do**

The Coast Builders Group of Companies is seeking a full-time CB Store Manager responsible for:

- Managing the daily activities and providing effective day to day management and operational leadership of the CB Store and Sales through visibility, involvement and interaction with Contractors, Customers and Employees.
- Supporting the control, management, effective and efficient administration of the business affairs of the CB Store.
- Working closely with the Director of operations to: implement strategy; ensure compliance with the CB brand; hire, train and develop CB Store team members; and be one of CB’s most effective ambassadors and salespersons.
- Motivates, trains and coaches the Store team members to a higher level of success and accountability.
- Achieve exceptional business results by providing effective leadership to the CB Store team members to: drive consistent revenue growth and profitability; increase productivity; ensure leadership effectiveness; and promote a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Possess sound execution skills with a preference for setting, measuring & maintaining efforts focused on meeting and exceeding ambitious goals;
- Possess a strong business acumen with the ability to provide clear direction and to analyze and prepare a variety of business reports.
- Be a strong leader able to build winning teams through effective hiring, onboarding, training & retention; and
- Be customer service focused.

**Qualified applicants will**
- possess up to 5 or more years' previous management experience in a retail environment with proven leadership abilities and results with 3+ years managing, leading and developing teams of multiple business units;
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to collaborate well with others with a well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, so that relationships are strengthened.
- Post-Secondary education in the industry, MBA or business management is an asset.

**Schedule**: 8 hour Day Shift 5 days a week, noting the Stores are open 7 days a week
