Bookkeeper/office Administrator

Our rapidly growing Renovation/Contracting business is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator.
**Responsibilities**
- Telephone & Reception Duties
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Bank Deposits
- Bank Reconciliations
- Government Remittances (WSIB, Payroll Taxes, HST)
- Year End Accounting Procedures
- Calculate & prepare cheques for payroll
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using Quickbooks Online
- Maintain general ledgers & financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Add assets, vehicles etc. into Quickbooks
- Issue year end forms
**Education**
- Bachelors Degree
- Bookkeeping Certification Courses
**Experience**
- Quickbooks: 1 year (required) 2 years (asset)
- Accounting: 1 year
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (required)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
