**Position Overview**

The **Commercial Large Loss Project Manager Assistant (PMA) supports Project Managers** in coordinating, documenting, and communicating complex, high-value commercial restoration projects. This role helps ensure seamless project execution, accurate recordkeeping, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

**What You’ll Do**:
Support Project Managers through all project phases, from setup to closeout and billing.- Manage project documentation (authorizations, photos, estimates, certificates) in systems like XactAnalysis, DocuSphere, and Encircle.- Track progress, scope changes, schedules, and milestones, ensuring accurate updates and communication.- Prepare and edit scopes of work, budgets, estimates, and correspondence.- Assist with invoicing, compliance packages, jobsite logistics, and vendor coordination.- Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.- Support Health & Safety compliance, reporting hazards, and promoting safe practices.- Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as required.

**What You Bring**:
- High School Diploma or GED.- 1+ years of project administration or coordination experience (restoration or construction preferred).- Proficiency with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, and DocuSphere- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and build professional relationships.- Leadership skills with ability to direct field crews/subcontractors.- Willingness to travel regionally/nationally as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle

**Working Conditions**- Due to the nature of our business, this position will work normal business hours but may be required to work in the evenings, on-call, or outside normal working hours;- Manual dexterity for keyboarding, repetitive tasks, and prolonged periods of computer use, demanding attention to detail and high levels of accuracy; and- Periodic travel may be required.
