**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels (print, digital, social media, etc.)
- Establish and maintain a strong market presence through innovative marketing strategies
- Create compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and social media posts, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and ensure consistent branding
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Report on the effectiveness of advertising and social media efforts to management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in advertising and social media management
- Strong understanding of various advertising platforms and social media tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for mental health and wellness is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $21.16-$48.73 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
