**We are looking for a Technical Assistant to join our Risk Management team in our Montreal office**

As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible to support the Client Service Manager and the Client Executive to provide quality service to clients and insurers.

**Your day as Technical Assistant**
- Create documents and maintain client files.
- Issue policies, endorsements, and amendments.
- Accurately process invoices, quotes, letters PDF creation, financing contracts, endorsements and other documents as needed.
- Issue certificates.
- Send correspondence as required
- Follow established procedures related to all non-verbal and repetitive administrative and processing tasks
- Coordinate new and renewal broker licenses for the team.
- Miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in the insurance industry.
- College diploma (DEC).
- Knowledge of EPIC, an asset.
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and in English.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
