**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate patient care activities and manage appointments to ensure timely access to services.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure all patient information is up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to address concerns and provide information regarding treatment plans.
- Assist in the management of patient flow within the office, ensuring a smooth experience for all patients.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate referrals and follow-up care as needed.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and maintaining office organization.
- Stay informed about medical terminology and procedures to effectively assist patients and staff.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental office is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare environment.
- Office experience that demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail is beneficial.

Pay: $37.73-$50.59 per hour
