The Role

We’re hiring a **Team Lead** to head up a lawn care crew focused on top-tier grounds maintenance. You'll lead a small team, work hands-on in the field, and build relationships with clients. This is a **customer-facing** position, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in leadership.

**This is a full-time, year-round position**:

- **Spring to Fall**: Lawn care team lead (mowing, trimming, site cleanups, quality control)
- **Winter Season**: Snow shovel team lead with opportunities to grow into plow truck driving, equipment operation (e.g., skid steers, tractors), and ultimately into **snow team management** and **site manager roles**

Growth Path

**Team Lead → Production Assistant → Operations Assistant → Site Manager**

We’ll support your growth with coaching, hands-on training, and inspired systems for leadership and operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small crew through daily lawn care routes
- Deliver high-quality mowing, trimming, and cleanup services
- Communicate professionally with clients and on-site contacts
- Complete digital reports, photo logs, and time sheets using mobile apps
- Supervise safety and equipment care
- Provide on-site leadership during winter storms and snow events

What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of landscape or grounds care experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal)
- Valid driver’s license (comfortable towing trailers a necessity)
- Strong communicator with professional presence
- Physically fit and reliable in both summer heat and winter storms
- Comfortable with tech and mobile reporting tools
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends in winter if needed

Pay: $18.47-$23.00 per hour
