**Position Summary**

The Team Leader oversees the production process and manages the daily operations of the cell to ensure smooth workflows and success. This role requires strong leadership to guide the team, monitor KPIs, and implement improvement initiatives to achieve production goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish Leader Standards of Work (LSW) and conduct regular audits.
- Track and measure cell performance using JIVE to monitor efficiencies.
- Provide updates and reports to the Local Operations Leader.
- Collect and analyze production data to prioritize improvement actions.
- Address quality and customer-related issues to meet OTIF (On Time in Full) requirements.
- Review production schedules and evaluate operator efficiencies.
- Coordinate cross-training opportunities and develop training plans with Cell Leaders.
- Communicate company updates, objectives, and improvement initiatives to the team.

**Qualifications**
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills to set clear expectations and guide teams effectively.
- High attention to detail, including the ability to read wiring diagrams.
- Results-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Certifications within Cam Tran are considered an asset.

**Working Conditions**
- Indoor manufacturing environment with a fast-paced workflow.
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet production demands.

**Measures of Performance**:

- **Line Output**: On Time in Full (OTIF) performance.
- **Safety**: Observations and near misses.
- **Quality**: First Time Quality (FTQ) - percentage of units built correctly the first time.
- **Efficiency**: Evaluation of labor hours required to build standard units and tracking changes over time.
