TForce Integrated Solutions is hiring a National Sales Executive (NSE) based in the Greater Toronto Area that enjoys hunting for new business while maintaining a list of named accounts. If you have a passion for engaging with customers in an effort to build custom transportation solutions that deliver measureable business value, then we want to hear from you Based out of our Toronto office, the NSE will be supporting and targeting large customers in the Retail industry
**JOB TITLE**: National Sales Executive
**DEPARTMENT**: Sales
**REPORTS TO**: Vice President of Sales and Client Services
**COMPENSTATION: On Target Earnings 85K+ (75K base +OTE) plus car allowance, Sales Incentive Program, Benefits and RRSP match**
**JOB SUMMARY**:
The role requires a focus on new business development while also achieving growth within an established account base.
The NSE will be working with key internal stakeholders to build solutions that leverage our Retail industry expertise.
Monthly growth targets will be used to measure and track success.
**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- The ability to uncover and quantify business value for new and existing customers
- Proven track record of Sales success selling to large accounts in an individual contributor role
- Strong communication and negotiating skills required for all aspects of the Sales cycle
- Excellent time management skills required to maintain focus and pace on critical success criteria that leads to results
- Effective and efficient communication skills required for both internal and external consensus building
- 5 years in an outside Sales capacity with proven results
- Solution Selling, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Video Calls, PowerPoint
- Post-secondary degree or diploma

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
