**We are currently expanding our team to meet the demands of new business ventures.**

**We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can be part of a small team and who is willing to be “hands on” as jobs evolve.**

**When you work with us, you will be involved in actively meeting the challenges that come with being a key player in the success of cultivating business relationships.**

**Key responsibilities are as follows**
- Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Obtain all necessary regulatory approvals and permits.
- Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
- Manages a site supervisor and oversees their work. OR
- works directly with onsite supervisors to ensure completion of work in a timely manner
- Communicates with clients and delivers project progress reports.
- Develops and adheres to budgets, timelines, and quality control plan.
- Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other trades.
- Ensures that all local, building codes, regulations and safety precautions are followed.
- Uses scheduling software to update schedules and track progress
- Handles pre construction tasks for up coming projects

**Qualifications and skills required**
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years experience working in the construction industry as a Project Manager
- Experience with project management software is required, specifically Pro core
- Proven skills in the building of strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction workers.
- Must have proven strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting skills.
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to adapt to the changing business needs

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
