Aptitude is currently seeking an experienced business analyst with a solid background in web technologies to join our growing team.

**Your Role**:
In this role, you will play a key part in our web design and development process. As a leader and strategic thinker, you’ll collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and work closely with our design and development teams to deliver tailored Drupal-based solutions.

With your expertise in web technologies, you’ll be able to communicate effectively with clients, translating their requirements into actionable insights. Whether your background is in development, analysis, or design, you’ll feel equally confident discussing both business goals and technical challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and manage project scope.
- Guide clients through the information architecture of their websites.
- Create detailed technical specifications.
- Advocate for client needs with the design and development teams.
- Manage project milestones and budgets.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee integration, QA, and UAT testing processes.
- Assist with site content population.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of web standards, including UX design patterns and accessibility guidelines.
- Ability to thrive while managing multiple projects at once.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Drupal and/or other CMS platforms is required.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Must have a valid Canadian work permit.
