**Working at Fanshawe College**Note**:This is a full-time Support position (35 hours per week).**Note**: This position will be located at 130 Dundas Street, London, Ontario.**Note**: This position supports the School of Tourism, Hospitality, and Culinary Arts, and the School of Digital and Performing Arts.**Duties**: Under the supervision of the Associate Dean, School of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative, organizational and clerical support to the Associate Dean, the School of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts, and the School of Digital and Performing Arts.**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary 2-year diploma in Office Administration or Business/Secretarial studies
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Administrative support in an educational setting
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
