We specialize in industrial and commercial flooring systems, including epoxy, urethane concrete (CPU), and polished concrete. Our projects range from food processing plants and warehouses to mechanical rooms and high-performance surfaces. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Surface preparation: grinding, shot-blasting, and crack repairs
- Screeding, troweling, and broadcasting aggregates
- Finishing with sealers or topcoats
- Maintaining clean and safe job sites
- Following specifications and safety procedures

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year experience with epoxy and/or urethane cement flooring
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots and basic PPE
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours if needed
- WHMIS or Fall Protection certificates are assets

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform hand grinding and surface preparation on concrete floors.
- Load, move, and organize materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in industrial flooring installation and repair preferred.
- Familiarity with Urethane Concrete, Epoxy, and other resinous flooring systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various site conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Experience operating flooring installation machinery and tools is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in construction environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
