**Job Summary**
At Elegant Coatings, we provide quality epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings, as well as concrete repair and restoration. We are seeking a skilled helper for our Lead Concrete Floor Coating Installer. On site training will be provided. Wage is dependent on proficiency and ability to learn the job quickly. Most jobs will be in Calgary and the surrounding area, however some projects will require you to travel out of town. As this job requires you to be able to go to multiple locations, we are only looking for people who have their own vehicle and valid license.

**Duties**
- Assist your Lead Technician with any duties/tasks he requires
- Install various resinous flooring systems, including polyaspartic and epoxy
- Prepare surfaces by grinding, sanding, self leveling, and concrete crack and pitting repairs
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
- Hand out door hangers at each location to promote business.
- Provide a level of professionalism and customer service that is expected for our clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with your Lead Technician to ensure only the best quality of work is done for our customers

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using relevant hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to learn and perform tasks quickly and accurately
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Valid drivers license, and reliable vehicle to get to job sites.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work long hours, and show up to work on time
- Previous concrete coating or concrete repair experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
