Overview

VỊ NAM Kitchen is a modern Vietnamese restaurant bringing authentic flavors and a welcoming atmosphere to Edmonton. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy an excellent dining experience from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations when needed.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy.
- Check on guests during their meal and address any concerns quickly and professionally.
- Handle customer payments (cash, debit, credit) and process bills accurately.
- Keep tables, service areas, and dining room clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Follow all health and safety standards.

Experience & Skills
- Previous serving or customer service experience is an asset but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required).
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
