Brookswood Veterinary Hospital is looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team to support our growing practice. We value a collaborative, positive and fun work environment while continually striving to maintain a high level of professionalism and transparency. We are passionate about doing what we can to alleviate fear, anxiety, and stress in both our patients and clients.

Duties will include:

- Greeting clients and patients
- Customer service and communication
- Scheduling appointments
- Medical record keeping
- Processing payments
- Preparing prescriptions and explaining instructions
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed
- Basic housekeeping duties

We are an independently owned, small animal practice located in Langley B.C - home to a number of great wineries and farms. With just a short drive you can be lakeside, ocean side, or on a hike in the mountains - lots of opportunities for amazing adventures

**Required**:
**Graduation from a recognized VOAC/VA program; or a minimum of 1 year experience in the veterinary field.**

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
