We currently have a need for **CNC Operators **at our facility in Elmira for our all shifts (Days, Afternoons, Midnights). Our CNC Operatorsuse computer numerically controlled (CNC) Anglemaster machines to safely and efficiently maintain, control and produce material used in the fabrication of our products. Experience with Robotic Weld Cell Operation is an asset. NOC code for this role is 9417. _**This is not a NOC B position**_**.**

**Success Factors**:

- Previous experience operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
- Knowledge of Operating a Robotic Weld Cell an asset
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills (mechanical and mathematical assessment will be done if selected for an interview)
- Able to focus, attention to detail and results-driven approach
- Good communication abilities
- Knowledge of relative safety standards
- A high energy level, a positive attitude and able to work without direct supervision
- Ability to work well with others as a member of a team as well as independently
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

**Shifts (straight, non-rotating)**:
**Day - Monday to Friday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm**

**Afternoon - Monday to Friday: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm**

**Midnight - Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am**

**Wages & Benefits**:
CNC start rate: $25.73 and moves to $26.56 after 6 months.

Afternoon shift premium $0.80 / hour and night shift premium $1.05 / hour.
