**Bridal Sales Consultant - Base Pay + Commission (Up to 4%)**

**Best for Bride** is hiring motivated and style-savvy individuals to join our bridal sales team This is your chance to earn a reliable base income **plus commission of up to 4% on every sale**.

**What You Can Expect**:

- Steady base pay with **up to 4% commission** per sale
- Flexible work schedule (weekend availability is a must)

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Assist brides in finding the perfect gown for their big day
- Share fashion advice and help with fittings and accessories
- Keep the showroom neat, stylish, and welcoming
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer care
- 4+ years in retail sales or customer service
- Positive, outgoing, and persuasive personality
- Comfortable using basic tech (POS systems, phones)
- Fluent in English
- Physically able to handle and lift bridal gowns
- Reliable, organized, and goal-focused

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$30.00 per hour
