**What We Offer**:

- Guaranteed base salary **plus generous commission** (up to 4% per sale)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide brides through the dress selection process and help them say “yes” to the dress
- Provide expert style advice and assist with fittings and purchasing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming boutique environment
- Work closely with team members to deliver an exceptional shopping experience

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **4 years of sales and customer service** experience
- A friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
- Basic computer and phone handling skills
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable handling and lifting bridal gowns
- Dependable, professional, and goal-driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$30.00 per hour
