As a **Accounting Technician** you will contribute to our team by
- Reviewing and verifying invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to inputting into the accounting system
- Processing weekly vendor payments and performing payment cycles to meet payment terms and conditions
- Preparing bank e-deposits and subsequent cash receipt entries
- Producing weekly reports (Aging detailed and summary by invoice date and by due date)
- Prepare wire transfers and EFT, obtain required approvals and signatures
- Process expense reports and code them in the SAP system

**Occasionally**
- Maintain overall vendor master profile such as accounting contacts
- Handling vendor inquiries such as vendor statement and customer inquiries for invoice copy
- Performing other duties as required to support the accounting department, which may include but is not limited to accounts receivable

**What you will bring to the role**
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and particularly Excel (functional)
- Meticulous, detail oriented
- Knowledge of SAP business one, an asset
- Proficiency in English spoken and written, and functional French (English speaking environment)
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

- Salary 45 - 52,000 based on experience and 2 weeks vacation with a bonus potential up to 2% of your gross income

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
