**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with product demonstrations and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining quality service.
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Support retail sales initiatives by promoting products and services that meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or technical sales is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to sell products while providing excellent customer support.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
