**About the Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customer in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls - help determine what services we can offer
- Enter jobs using scheduling software
- Creating sales receipts/invoices and processing payments, including weekly deposits
- Ensuring store is kept in a clean/organized manner
- Knowledge of products and services offered
- Mechanical Lock Repairs such as; rekeying locks and cutting keys
- Maintain inventory/stock levels

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Exceptional self-management skills
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to think outside the box
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to remain professional with all employees & customers while dealing with confidential matters
- Up to date Criminal Background Check (including vulnerable sector)
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to work within both store locations as needed
- Up to date First Aid
- Experience working with Word, Excel, Outlook & QuickBooks programs
- Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with tight deadlines and customer requests
- Ability to take direction and promote a team atmosphere at all times

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
