**Role Impact**:
As a CNC Machine Operator / Order Picker at Fable, you will play a crucial role in both the production and fulfillment sides of our operations. You will be responsible for safely operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components with precision, while also supporting warehouse functions by picking and staging customer orders. This dual role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance production accuracy with fulfillment efficiency. If you do not have at least one year of proven CNC machine operating experience, we kindly ask that you do not apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce components that meet quality and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure machinery is kept in optimal working condition
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or specifications to ensure accurate production
- Accurately pick and stage customer orders for fulfillment with speed and attention to detail
- Support inbound and outbound material flow as needed, including moving stock and replenishing pick locations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following 5S methodology and workplace safety standards
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Support other production or warehouse tasks as assigned
- Work flexible hours and overtime as required to meet business demand

**Qualifications**:

- **1+ years of proven CNC machine operating experience (required)**:

- Solid knowledge of CNC machinery, programming basics, and troubleshooting
- Order picking or warehouse operations experience preferred
- Forklift, walkie, or high reach certification an asset
- **First Aid certification (asset)**:

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
- A collaborative team player who values quality, efficiency, and safety
- Availability to work overtime during peak periods

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
