**Job Description - Customer Care Representative**:
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Participate in ensuring the growth and profit goals of the company are met through service solutions
- Promote add-on sales
- Promote all products and service offered by Rainforest Sprinklers & Lighting
- Training will be provided
**Responsibilities**
- Develop, manage and monitor the service schedules of the technicians
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Manage and schedule client service requests.
- All scheduling will be completed using Hindsite software
- Monitor and manage scheduling progress and incomplete jobs
- Make sure that Rainforest Sprinklers & Lighting properly communicates with clients when there are delays as soon as possible.
- Recognize the customer is priority one and go the extra mile to engage customers
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Supply technical support to customers when required
- Work closely with all service technicians and Rainforest staff
- Follows up on delinquent accounts and collects receivables.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

- High school diploma/GED required
- Should have experience with computer scheduling software, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and proper phone etiquette
- Looking for a self-starter who can work independently
- Must be a highly organized person who can monitor and manage numerous projects at once and can prioritize the workloads
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Must have experience in customer service.
**Additional Qualifications**:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
