We are expanding our roster of independent contractors and seeking experienced Personal Assistants who can deliver exceptional service to discerning clientele.

Role Overview:
As a Personal Assistant with Ackerman & Bell, you will support clients with a variety of tasks, including household organization, scheduling, errands, event coordination, and vendor oversight. This is a client-facing role where professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail are essential. You will act as the bridge between clients and service providers, ensuring every detail is handled with care.

This is a contract-based role with flexible scheduling — you set your availability, and we connect you with clients who need your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day personal assistance and lifestyle management support.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors (cleaners, gardeners, trades, etc.) to ensure services are delivered properly.
- Assist with errands such as shopping, courier coordination, and returns.
- Support with household organization and light administrative tasks.
- Oversee event preparation and provide on-site support for gatherings, dinners, and private functions.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience with discretion and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years experience in personal assistance, hospitality, event management, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and client-service oriented.
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation an asset.

Compensation:

- Starting at $40/hr (contractor rate), with opportunities for increased pay based on client demand and performance.
- Premium rates available for evening, weekend, and holiday work.
