AGM Renovations is looking for you As one of the fastest-growing renovation companies in North America, we are seeking **Field Sales Consultant** to join our team for an upcoming In-House Campaign.

As a Field Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, speaking with potential customers, scheduling appointments, and submitting invoices. With our commitment to quality, execution, and the highest ratings for customer satisfaction, you'll be proud to represent our brand and communicate our message to potential customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the recruitment team in the selection process for Open House Reps for the Open House Campaign.
- Call previous clients to schedule and organize open house events on weekends
- Train a team of Open House Reps on effective promotion of AGM's services and booking appointments with clients on the spot.
- Distribute posters in the client's neighbourhood on Mondays to attract attention and generate interest for the upcoming open house events
- Attending the open house events ( 11am-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays)

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays
- Capability to distribute open house posters in residential areas near the former clients' homes one week prior to the event
