We’re expanding our team and looking for driven, customer‑focused professionals to join us as Door‑to‑Door Sales Consultants. Position Overview As a Door‑to‑Door Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across Ontario. This role requires strong communication and relationship‑building skills, as you’ll conduct face‑to‑face sales presentations, understand client needs, and provide tailored payment and loyalty solutions. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and eager to exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct door‑to‑door sales presentations to prospective clients Manage the full sales process — from lead generation to closing Build and maintain long‑term client relationships Deliver exceptional customer service and support Understand client needs and offer customized solutions Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in sales presentations and customer service Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven Experience in the payments industry is a strong asset Knowledge of payment, loyalty, and customer engagement solutions is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Previous experience in a similar field sales or consulting role is beneficial Must be based in Ontario and available for local client visits Why Join Sherpa Pay Solutions Base plus commission - uncapped earning potential and growth opportunities Dynamic, supportive team environment Flexible, remote‑based work structure Opportunity to represent innovative products that truly help businesses succeed #J-18808-Ljbffr
