**Poste : Directrice adjointe de garderie**
Nous recherchons une **Directrice adjointe organisée et dévouée** pour rejoindre notre équipe et soutenir la Directrice dans la gestion des opérations quotidiennes de notre garderie. La personne retenue jouera un rôle clé dans l'encadrement des éducatrices et du personnel, tout en veillant au bon fonctionnement de l'établissement et à la satisfaction des familles.
**Rôles et responsabilités**:
- Assister la Directrice dans les tâches administratives : gestion des dossiers, organisation des documents et planification des horaires du personnel.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de la garderie et offrir un soutien aux éducatrices dans leurs activités.
- Concevoir et distribuer des supports de communication (mémos, annonces) destinés aux parents et au personnel.
- Gérer les appels téléphoniques et répondre aux demandes des parents et du personnel avec professionnalisme et réactivité.
- Tenir des registres précis et à jour (présences, inscriptions, dossiers administratifs).
- Maintenir une communication ouverte, positive et efficace avec les parents, en répondant à leurs préoccupations et en leur fournissant des mises à jour régulières sur les progrès de leurs enfants.
Type d'emploi : Temps plein, Temps partiel, Permanent
Rémunération : 20,86$ à 33,93$ par heure
Horaire:
- Du Lundi au Vendredi
Lieu du poste : En présentiel
