Resident Building Superintendent Couple We are seeking a dedicated and professional couple to serve as Resident Building Superintendents for two residential buildings (61 units and 45 units) located in downtown. These buildings are pet-friendly and smoke-free.

Position Summary

As the front-line representatives of the property, the Building Superintendent Couple plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment. This position requires individuals who are personable, professional, discreet, and proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role reports directly to the Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
- Address resident concerns, including noise and security issues
- Coordinate the arrival and access of onsite contractors
- Maintain clean and presentable lobbies and grounds
- Monitor and understand mechanical and fire safety systems
- Complete daily task reports
- Be available for after-hours and weekend emergencies
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience using computers and basic software
- Familiarity with building systems and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work independently and as a team
