**Responsibilities**
- Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and order fulfillment.
- Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, optimize logistics processes, and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices for materials management within the logistics department.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
- Familiarity with freight operations and shipping documentation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems; experience with AS400 is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
