**REQUIREMENTS**:
Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
Strong oral/written communication skills
Currently enrolled in University/College program in business, human resources, commerce, business administration, computer science, arts, etc. or another field of study
Highly motivated, enthusiastic to take on a variety of challenges and opportunities
Able to work independently without supervision, or collaboratively within a team
Entrepreneurial drive and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Comfortable navigating technology
