We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with campaign and lead generation experience to be responsible for Rodan’s marketing and communications activities. Under the leadership of the Director of North American Marketing, you will be a key pillar of our marketing team, shaping strategy and tactics, and coordinating efforts with our insides sales and business development teams.

Your key responsibilities:

- You take ownership for the creation and execution of marketing activities related to the strategy to achieve growth in our target North American regions
- You implement and manage our social media strategy, primarily in LinkedIn
- You execute marketing tactics to generate new leads, lead nurturing, customer retention and upselling
- You support the sales team by developing marketing collateral, proposals, and managing events.
- You work closely with the sales team to support their strategic efforts
- You deliver regional B2B product launches, webinars, virtual and traditional event/trade shows

Qualifications:

- Your minimum 3 years of digital (and traditional) marketing experience preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Your degree level, BA in Marketing/Communications
- Your creativity, brand affinity and a good sense for trends
- Your good knowledge in digital marketing and lead generation
- Your excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Your high customer focus, your analytical and self-guided approach as well as your ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Your understanding and proficiency of tools like (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pardot, Constant Contact, ZoomInfo) to support digital marketing efforts
- Your knowledge of or curiosity about the electricity sector is an asset.
