**The Opportunity**
Tiltco Architectural Facades is currently seeking a Logistics & Packaging Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Logistics & Packaging Assistant will support shipping and receiving operations by preparing, packing, and crating products for safe delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pack and prepare aluminum products for shipment, including boxing and crating.
- Assist with building custom shipping crates to ensure products arrive securely.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including unloading and staging materials.
- Label, organize, and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with the Shipper/Receiver to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in shipping, packaging, or warehouse environments considered an asset.
- Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools for crate building and packaging.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and in a team.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.

**Job Type & Schedule**
- Full-time, permanent
- In-Office / On-Site
- Monday to Friday
