Our District Managers are responsible for all aspects of their facilities and must be proven and passionate leaders with drive and an entrepreneurial attitude. We are currently in need of a **District Manager**.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing all aspects of multiple store locations with an engaged team, demonstrating initiative and leading by example.
- Ensuring the delivery of a consistent and positive customer service experience in order to grow top line sales and control expenses
- Building, developing and promoting successful facility teams through effective recruiting, hiring, staffing, coaching and development, consistent leadership, and clear communication
- Critically analyzing key metrics and levers on a regular basis to drive top line sales. Identifying opportunities and missed opportunities in each store location.
- Travel involved, ensuring all stores within the region are following merchandising directions and operational activities; complying with all company policies, procedures and directives. Protecting company assets.
- Manage payroll, repair and maintenance and other expense budgets, including P&L statement review.
- Conduct regular property audits, lock cuts as part of our delinquent management process, ensuring properties are safe and meet all company operational standards.
- Executing all organization/facility initiatives according to established timelines and standards and striving for operational excellence.

- **Starting Salary $65,000 plus a Car Allowance of $14,400 per annum ($79,400 / yr)**:

- **Cell Phone Reimbursement up to $230 per month plus up to $300 per month for 407 Reimbursement**

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- Bachelors' Degree or College Diploma (strongly desired)
- Minimum 3-5 Years Retail management experience with progressive responsibilities in a multi-unit environment preferred
- Demonstrated leadership competency in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
- Record of top tier performance as compared to peers and/or industry standards.
- Exhibit a passion for sales and customer service excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding and ability to interpret P&L statements
- Ability to monitor and control payroll and expenses.
- Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills.
- Outstanding follow-up skills

**Salary**: From $79,400.00 per year
