**A boutique hospitality group, with a collection of brands, built by people striving to give an exceptional experience to our guests.**

SPIN Toronto is a 12,000-square-foot 'ping pong social club' located in the heart of Downtown Toronto. We have 12 ping pong tables spread out over 2 main rooms and a semi-private lounge. We also have 2 full-service bars, 2 DJ booths, and an extensive catering menu with elevated-street-style fare. SPIN welcomes a wide variety of clientele and hosts events, group bookings, plus walk-ins of all sizes.

We are seeking organized and reliable members to be part of our Front Desk department. The position is a hybrid between administrative duties and being the liaison for our guests. It's truly a unique and cool experience

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
Administrative Duties:
Prepare for all events and reservations for the day
Restocking department supplies when low
Filter inquiries confidently
Answer all other questions our guests may have
Follow up with reservations and event bookings when needed
Communicate with Events Team
Assist with opening and closing the venue and setting the team up for success

Customer Service & General Duties:
Welcome guests and be a confident liaison for corporate, industry and social events
Report to and take direction from entire management team
Ability to be self motivated and passionate to be the face of the team
Maintain overall maintenance, cleanliness and organization of work areas
Assist in setting and resetting tables when needed
Maintain up to date product knowledge on all food and beverage menu items and general pricing
Maintain and uphold a positive and inclusive workplace culture for both staff and guests

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 - 20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
