**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Ontario ESL curriculum.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and class participation.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students develop their English skills.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to enhance the learning experience.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- **TESL/TEFL certification** (preferred).
- **Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT)** designation is an asset but not required.
- Experience teaching ESL at the high school level is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.

**Schedule & Compensation**:

- Classes will be held **in person** at our campus.
- **Teaching schedule to be determined based on availability and student needs.**:

- **Hourly pay: $25 per hour.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- On call

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- TESOL Certification (preferred)
