**CQM Press Brake Operator**

CQM is a custom metal fabrication company located in Aylmer Ont. We deliver various manufacturing solutions to companies as well as manufacturing our own box blade product line and working to add more proprietary products. We’re a rapidly growing company that’s thriving thanks to our dedicated work force, attention to quality, on time delivery and customer service.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated press brake operator to join our company. This position runs from 7:30 pm to 4:30 am Mon - Thursday. Overtime is possible.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate various press brake models
- Train press brake operators on job duties and safe operating procedures.
- Work cooperatively with other press brake operators
- Pay attention to quality and ensure parts conform to specifications
- Have some familiarity with Radan/Radbend or similar forming software.
- Ensure everyone is working safely
- Ensure productivity standards are maintained.
- Read and interpret blue prints.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 + years’ experience running a CNC press brake or related equipment.
- Minimum of 2 + years leadership experience.
- Engineering background considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and take pride in your work.
- Commitment to quality and workplace safety.

**Compensation**: Negotiable and competitive dependent on skill and experience.

Performance bonus and profit sharing. Paid vacation

**Salary**: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
