**We’re growing** As we prepare to open new locations across the region, we’re hiring passionate Store Managers to help bring Inspired Cannabis to even more communities. This is your chance to join at the ground level of a new store opening.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
- Provincial Certification
- Passion for cannabis education
- 2+ years in a retail leadership role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and lead a high-performing team driven by education and customer care
- Coach and develop team members aligned with performance and company values
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and daily store operations
- Engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and promote responsible consumption
- Coordinate with the corporate team on campaigns, community outreach, and training
- Ensure accurate POS, inventory, and compliance processes
- Execute merchandising, ordering, and receiving
- Maintain brand standards, store appearance, and policy compliance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- retail management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Police Background Check (preferred)
- Selling it Right (required)
