**Hours of Work**: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Compensation**:From $50,000 per year

This role will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of our business including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, asset management and accounting. This position requires strong problem solving skills, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to work independently. Previous real estate/finance experience or a strong interest in real estate is considered an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide financial analysis and investment administration support
- Participate in investment, valuation and risk management processes
- Assist senior principals of the firm with strategic decisions and business initiatives associated with fundraising, marketing, and investor relations
- Support the process of the development of all marketing materials (sales brochures, website, presentations, and letters) used in the capital-raising process; ensure consistent standards for all material and in all external communications
- Participate in organizing investor due diligence, subscription, and closing documents
- Develop and manage communication protocols for current investors, including distribution performance updates and financial information
- Participate with senior sales and investment professionals in client and prospect meetings and calls
- Record all interactions with investors in a customer relationship management platform
- Create and maintain financial models used to underwrite new and ongoing projects
- Assist in creating design packages and lease proposals for prospective tenants
- Assist in underwriting and preparing investment models for new acquisitions

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in a finance, real estate, economics, or related field
- Business/real estate/entrepreneurial experience considered an asset
- Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deliverables, and manage and meet tight deadlines
- Service-oriented and proactive, with good interpersonal skills and a passion for developing strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
