**Job Overview**

We are looking for energetic, driven, and hardworking individuals in the Oakville/Burlington area to join our team this upcoming winter season. This role involves going door-to-door and offering snow removal services.

You’ll have the freedom to work in your own area, on your own schedule — the more effort you put in, the more you’ll earn. If you enjoy being outdoors, working independently, and connecting with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you

NO experience is required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know

**Responsibilities**
- Go door-to-door to promote and sell snow shoveling services.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about pricing, timing, and services offered.
- Shovel and clear snow from driveways, walkways, and steps in a safe and thorough manner.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ensure work is completed reliably and on schedule.
- Handle payments or customer inquiries as needed.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing weather patterns.
- Persuade homeowners to sign up for the client list

- Charismatic and personable, with the ability to engage strangers confidently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor shoveling and snow removal.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during winter storms, including nights and weekends as required

If you own a pickup truck with a plow attachment or a snow blower, you’ll be able to cover more houses, work more efficiently, and increase your earnings
