We specialize in residential renovation projects, focusing on the nuances of condo renovations and major renovations or new builds of single family homes.

Construction responsibilities include:

- Leading the demolition process
- Overcoming construction challenges that arise
- Ensuring the site is clean and organized at all times
- Completing minor finished carpentry, including baseboard casings
- Patching and repairing drywall and finishing trim detail
- Installing door hardware
- Completing door adjustments
- Completing cabinet adjustments
- Calking or silicone
- Appliance installation
- Light installation
- Grab bars and bathroom accessories installation
- Fireplace cleaning and painting

Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive construction experience.
- Experience in the whole renovation lifecycle (ie. demo, rough in, drywall, completion)
- Proof of quality of work (ie. images, video, references)
