**Job Details**:
This position is available immediately. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Initially, this role involves up to four (4) weeks of on-site training at our Toronto office (255 Consumers Road, 4th floor, North York, ON). After this period, the position may become remote with the potential for a hybrid setup in the future.

This position should start August 12, 2024.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls related to overdue accounts and facilitate payment arrangements to bring accounts to a current balance.
- Manage each call with the utmost professionalism and respect while ensuring the needs of the customer and the business are met.
- Resolve customer account discrepancies.
- Safeguard the privacy and protection of customer information.
- Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Third Party Collections.
- Strong communication and computer navigation skills.
- Efficient multitasking abilities.
- A commitment to learning and growing within the business.
- One year of experience working in a high-volume call center environment is a plus.
