We are a new licensed group child care under 36months opened on May, 2022. We have beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for children, families and educators. We are currently looking for on-call substitute educators who will be working with 8 Infants and toddlers respectfully alongside other educators.

**Qualifications**: ECEA/ECA/IT

**Additional Qualifications**:
First Aid Certification

Criminal Record Check

3 References

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in providing quality care

Commit to provide positive, supportive and safe environment to children, families and colleagues

Willing to practice the centre’s values of respect integrity, diversity, inclusion and open communication, and follow the centre policies and licensing requirements

Support each child’s holistic development and daily needs

Work within the ECEBC Code of Ethics

Cleaning/sanitizing duties

**Salary and Benefits**:
**Salary**: ECEA-$20, ECE-$21+$6 WE, IT- $22+$6 WE

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burnaby, BC V5C 2N8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
