We are currently seeking a **Service Desk Technician / Helpdesk Associate **to join our team **Onsite** in **Halifax, NS, Canada.**
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service level agreements.
- Receiving, logging, and managing calls via telephone using Service Now.
- The Service Desk Team is part of an organization dedicated at providing superior customer service.
- Service a dynamic client base and environment. Technical skillset will be maintained through continual training and skill development.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Must have minimum 2 years of proven Helpdesk/Desktop Resolution Support experience.
- Must have minimum 2 years of Remote Desktop Administration experience.
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience with Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10).
- Must have at least 1 year experience supporting and problem-solving PC's, laptops, and printers.
- Must have at least 1 year experience with basic networking skills with TCP/IP.
- Must have at least 1 year of Active Directory knowledge (ability to check user accounts, reset passwords).
- Must have at least 1 year of working knowledge of Apple products (iPhone and iPad).
- Must have at least 1 year of working knowledge of MS Office 365. Must have at least 1 year of experience managing tickets via ServiceNow.

**Additional Information**:

- Work in rotating shifts. 100% onsite.
