Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): - Lead complex initiatives, stand up teams for intake, prioritization, and delivery - lead the adoption of Agile practices amongst the line of business and technology stakeholders - PM will be responsible for managing many projects at same time, with day-to-day interaction with technology partners (in-house and vendors) - Coordination across stakeholders (including senior management and c-level executives) - plays out in full project life cycle - Driving project and scope definition - Supporting impacted stakeholders and assist in plan and estimation of projects, including roadmaps and backlog - Identify and document risks and issues including supporting mitigation and contingency plans - Run status meetings and complete regular communications Top Skills / Experience: - 8-10 years overall project management experience - 4-5 years Business Project experience - Experience in working with budgets >$4MM - Driving communication, braining storming and problem solving - Governance and control-Driven by PM - Strong ability to lead in role - Experience in leading and working with remote teams - Skill set to manage the project in tech and business - Positive influence and command a team - Strong communication-verbal and written - Building connections remotely and use it to drive team productivity - Strong customer service orientation-Verbal and Written - Ability to effectively multi-task - Ability to handle high pressure situations with very tight turnaround requirements - Excellent English Written and Oral Communication skills - Excellent organization skills - Productivity focused: Able to consistently process a high volume of tasks on a daily basis - Ability to make sound transactional decisions in accordance with policies and directives - PMP and CSM considered a strong asset **Job Type**: Contract
