**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Class 1/Class 3, Grader, Loader and Skid Steer Operators to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a Tandem truck, Truck and Pup, skid steer, loader or Grader to assist with a wide range of outdoor projects, including snow plowing. Your expertise will help ensure efficient project execution, safety, and high-quality results across various job sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize your mechanical knowledge, and contribute to beautiful, functional landscapes.

**Duties**
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently for tasks such as grading, digging, lifting, and transporting materials on construction and landscaping sites
- Support hardscape projects by moving pavers, bricks, and other materials with precision
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
- Perform snow plowing during winter months to clear driveways, walkways, and parking areas
- Collaborate with team members on excavation tasks involving excavators or other machinery as needed
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and project progress

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating equipment in construction environments
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Experience in snow plowing operations during winter seasons
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to equipment operation and outdoor work environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (2 Demerits or less); certification in equipment operation is a plus
