Job: Drop Ship Clerk

**Responsibilities**:

- Print all drop ship orders
- Check all confirmations and work with Customer service for any costing/delivery problems
- Main contact for Parent Company for weekly shipments (Parent Company can only handle one contact in their system); keep drop ship confirmations and invoices and send confirmations for Art and all others to other buyers.
- Receive all drop ship orders in our system once available for shipping and work with Customer service manager to ensure customers are invoiced.
- Bring all Parent Company drop ship documents that are shippable back to warehouse to arrange shipping
- Manage all back orders with these vendors (expedite with vendors) and keep each order up to date with etas.
- Cancel any orders that are cancelled by our customers (as needed)
- Handle all returns to vendors
- Handle shipments that cross the boarder. Have paperwork from our forwarder and make sure paperwork is correct.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication skills)
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
